Welcome to my course, “Dynamic Anatomy Drawing: A Step-by-Step Guide.”
In this course, you will learn how to draw the muscles of the male and female body to enhance your figure drawing skills. You’ll discover how to break down the body into simpler forms and concepts, allowing you to draw from imagination, even without reference.
The course comprises 7 hours and 42 minutes of content plus accompanying art files for you to study. You will learn how to draw the male and female body in a dynamic, stylized manner, ideal for comic art, game design, and other character designs. We’ll focus on simplifying the human body using basic shapes and patterns, making anatomy less overwhelming.
We’ll cover each part of the arms, legs, torso, and pelvis, with sections on the head, neck, hands, and feet coming soon. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
Draw muscles using basic shapes Identify flow and rhythms in anatomy Use basic anatomy terminology Apply rendering techniques Differentiate between male and female anatomy Stylize your artworkAnatomy and figure drawing can be challenging, but mastering it will set your work apart. I’ve been drawing comic art and characters for over 30 years, and I aim to share my most important techniques with you.
