This course is where you come to level up after completing Animation Bootcamp. The focus here is two-fold:
Working Smarter as an Animator Like in every craft, your workflow dramatically affects how well and efficiently animation is accomplished. Working smarter, not harder, is an important skill for animators to learn. Therefore, the first half of the course serves as an animation masterclass. You’ll learn how to hone your planning, blocking, splining, and polishing capabilities. Refining your workflow means your animations will improve drastically.
Body Mechanics The application in this course revolves around body mechanics, which is absolutely crucial for good character animation. Do you like exercises? I hope so. This course has 9 of ’em! Through the exercises, you’ll be challenged with character jumps, a ball kick, and some box lifts.
