OVERVIEW

Visualization Exercise | In this lesson we will set up an intention for our drawing and practice tuning in with our subconscious mind. Concept Creation | We will create a word map based on the previous exercise, combine the main elements into a composition for your drawing and research reference pictures based on your ideas. Sketching and Outlining | It’s time to draw those awesome ideas using our reference pictures. Together we will sketch with pencil and then outline the drawing with ink. Inking Techniques | Pause on the drawing for some technical tips! Here you will learn 4 super useful inking techniques that I use in most of my drawings. You will learn how to do stippling, hatching, cross hatching and angled lines to create meaningful textures, contrast and depth in your artwork. Storytelling Through The Details | Every detail matters! Now it’s time to fill up our drawings with creative textures and shadows. You will see me apply those 4 inking techniques to my drawing so you can apply them as you wish on yours. Interpreting Your Drawing | You will learn how to create a story for your drawing, understand the meanings of each individual element based on your subconscious mind and life experience, and how to find powerful positive messages that were designed from you to yourself! Here you will be able to communicate with the wisest part of yourself through your drawing in a very powerful conversation, while I get raw and vulnerable with you, sharing everything my drawing is trying to tell me! Crazy stuff! You will see how deep we can go when we ask the right questions, and by doing this we will practice lots of self love and self awareness.
