World buildingCursed Village.Explore a cursed that has taken over amedieval village.Join us on a fun and creative journey with our detailed course for both new and seasoned concept artists. In “Medieval Village: Unraveling the Curse,” you’ll learn how to create detailed and magical worlds, focusing on a medieval village with a mysterious curse. This course will teach you the basics of environment design, storytelling through art, and using professional tools. You will not only improve your art skills but also learn how to solve problems for your own projects. By the end, you’ll have a great portfolio piece that shows your talent in designing engaging and detailed worlds, helping you succeed in the field of concept art. Brief introduction about the course and how to approach it. Sketching our ideas and iterations to explore multiple possibilities. Using basic modeling in Blender to start developing out assets. Using our basic models we create simple scenes and compositions to explore multiple shots. We dive deep into exploring our first dwellings in this medieval village and how the curse affects them.Doing cutout of the houses we explore the interior’s layout and design. We finish our models using texturing and kitbashing to develop architectural callouts. Go through the process of creating an interior key frame art using our existing assets. Go through the process of creating an exterior key frame art using our existing assets focusing on mood and lighting.
