Liane Cho Han is a Senior Storyboard Artist and Animator who graduated from the prestigious Les Gobelins animation school in Paris where he specialized in 2D animation.
This course will focus understanding the body mechanics behind a 2D character animation in a realistic and semi-realistic style. We will begin with some of the most important foundation of animation, understanding the concept of weight shifting through walk cycles and other movements analysis exercises. Once students understood and practiced weight shifting, they will learn how to add personality in a walk.
All the principles learnt and practiced in this class, can be transferred and applied to 3D animation.
