Hard Surface Design Mentorship
by Gavin Manners。Hard Surface Design Mentorship will focus on the processes involved with creating cool looking and believable hard surface designs. We will begin with a foundation in mechanical design, studying and how to learn from the real world – then carrying that over into our own hard surface designs. We cover different idea generation methods and different techniques to develop the design to a finalized asset ready to go into a game or a film.

The course will be focusing primarily on design thinking, but also we cover how to use Blender, Photoshop and Zbrush to aid in the design process. And how 3D can help speed up the presentation phase later in the project, covering presentation techniques to really show off your design. Things you learn in this class
